Neptune Towing is a locally owned, owner-operated towing company based in Tulsa, OK, serving Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Glenpool and surrounding communities. In operation since 2019 and backed by towing experience dating to 2010, we deliver damage-free flatbed towing as well as local and emergency towing, winch-outs, jump starts, tire changes, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, and towing for Tesla and other electric vehicles. Our equipment can safely handle cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, motorcycles, classic and luxury vehicles, EVs, and trucks up to approximately a one-ton dually. Customers rely on us for dependable service, careful vehicle handling, clear communication, and local experience.

Remi is Very professional, knowledgeable and going the extra mile in ensuring my Tesla was secured, and recharged. He took the time to find out the issue, and to correct it. He also informed me of the issue and how to resolve it for the future. I will definitely utilize Neptune towing for my services.

Five Stars is Not Enough for Remi Martin! If I could give Remi Martin ten stars, I would. I was stranded and stressed, but Remi arrived incredibly fast and completely turned my day around. His towing service was flawless, fast, and handled with extreme care. But what truly set him apart was his incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring attitude. He treated my car as if it were his own and treated me with the kind of respect and kindness you rarely see these days. Management, take note: REMI MARTIN is an absolute gem and an asset to your team. If he isn't already at the top of your list for a raise and a bonus, he absolutely should be. Just needed my car towed 2 miles and every other tow company I called wanted 250$. Neptune charged me 150$ for the tow and Remi is absolutely amazing. He is very helpful and considerate,he is also very friendly. . Next time I need my car towed I will definitely call Neptune and request for remi. Can def recommend this place.

They not ONLY came to my area fast but the call was super friendly and the price is perfect and they talk to me about the car situation and they answer the phone so fast. I am big on communication and to them communication is KEY 🔑 they really fast and friendly and I will recommend them to whoever!!! Thank you so much Remi your amazing bro like I went in the house to grab my phone and you already had the car on your trust im VERY impressed with your speed bro like fr thank you and your kindness thank you for helping me with my Kia optima and putting me on game about the recall… faze, great customer service, great reasonable price, AND knowledgeable about cars is amazing thank you!

Remi was great. He was very professional and detailed was very careful with my car and made sure he had everything correct and even offered to give me a courtesy call when he delivered my car to the shop. Hands down one of the best towing companies I’ve came across. And the price was very affordable.
